Stracciatella Soup

Free run egg drop soup in a turkey broth with wilted baby spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and fresh herbs. $14

Solaia Caesar Salad

Fresh romaine hearts with smoked bacon, crispy polenta croutons and finished in our house Caesar vinaigrette, available without anchovies. $18

Fresh Burrata  

125g fresh burrata served on a medley of sauteed mushroom, mascarpone and caramelized onion tart, roasted black peppercorn crispy bacon, baby arugula and extra virgin olive oil. $26

Vitello Tonnato

Seared grain-fed veal striploin, carpaccio style with albacore tuna and caper sauce, Mediterranean Sea salt, finished with fresh tuna and extra virgin olive oil. $23

Seasonal selection of chefs ‘choice crispy Arborio rice balls served over fresh tomato sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano $16

Premium selection of hand-crafted, locally produced and imported Italian cured meats with chefs’ choice cheese pairing, grilled focaccia. $24

Seared Foie Gras & Braised Pork Cheek

Porcini braised pork cheek served with green apple, parsnip and celery root puree, seared medallion of Quebec foie gras and finished with aged Modena balsamic vinegar. $29

Mushroom Risotto Medley of sauteed mushroom risotto with roasted garlic, caramelized onions and finished with Italian parsley and grana Padano cheese. $32

Trio of Duck Risotto Sautéed foie gras and duck leg confit risotto, Cherry Lane dried cherries, aged Modena balsamic vinegar and garnished with crispy duck crackling. $36

Fresh Tomato, Basil Shrimp & Scallop Risotto Sauteed black tiger shrimp and bay scallops, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh lemon and herbs and crowned with jumbo black tiger shrimp. $38

Butternut Squash & Roasted Quail Risotto Sauteed pancetta, butternut squash and sage risotto topped with roasted quail and fresh goat cheese. $35 (available as vegetarian friendly $29)
